The Opportunity

As an Integrated Media Coordinator, you are the engine that powers our advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your role is crucial in executing, managing, and optimizing paid media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions. With your finger on the pulse of digital advertising trends and your analytical acumen, you will ensure that our ad spend translates into measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement paid media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our company's goals. Your expertise in paid advertising will be instrumental in maximizing ROI and helping our brand stand out in a competitive digital landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of paid media strategies across multiple channels, including search engines, display networks, media partnerships and more.
  • Manage daily campaign operations including budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copy and visuals are compelling and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad targeting and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media tools, platforms, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable paid media plans.
  • Monitor and report on competitor advertising activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to produce high-quality ad content.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of digital marketing principles and how paid media fits into the overall marketing mix.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or media planning and buying, with a focus on multi-channel media strategies and execution.
  • A track record of developing and managing successful integrated media campaigns that have delivered tangible results. Familiarity with the latest media planning software, tools, and research methodologies.

Ideally you will also have

  • Professional services background.
