About the Role & Team

The Interactive Product Management team leads the strategy for Penn Interactive's incredible digital product portfolio - from theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and iCasino. This team impacts the way millions of people engage with our products in more personalized and immersive ways, leveraging bleeding-edge technologies.

In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to define a long-term vision for our products and work with engineering to turn that vision into reality.

You and your team, with support from your product peers, will drive all aspects of the products, to the front-end experience, to discover features to new experiences and innovation. In addition, you will be accountable for delivering business impact through subscriber growth and engagement across North America to increase market share.

Penn Interactive's products (theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and iCasino) sit at the intersection of content, business and technology and requires careful coordination across technologists, design teams, engineers, other business leaders, executives and strategic partners. You will not only define what we build, but how we prioritize investment to deliver those features. At the end of the day, your work will transform how Penn Interactive's products are discovered and enjoyed across North America.

The right candidate is a seasoned product veteran and technically confident across a breadth of product disciplines relevant to our industry. You are also a business strategist, a skilled team leader and exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting to the most senior levels of the company.

About the Work

  • Lead and mentor a team of high performing product leaders & executives at Penn Interactive.
  • Partner with various business units to understand market challenges and work with engineering to build solutions.
  • Articulate a vision for Penn Interactive's products and drive alignment for that vision with leaders across the company in various functions.
  • Translate your vision into a multi-year roadmap of features, capabilities and user facing experiences.
  • Prioritize engineering investment to balance platform investment and new functionality.
  • Set Objectives and Key Results for Penn Interactive across an array of product domains.
  • Drive innovation across our product portfolio, transforming user experiences into the best in the industry.
  • Educate our business partners and non-technical executives on how our product works to ensure that the business and our technical teams are fully aligned.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to create very senior level material, including everything from monthly business updates to strategic summaries for the Board of Directors.
  • Other duties as required.

About You

  • Minimum of 15 years of collective & relevant work experience in streaming, digital media, sports betting, iCasino and/or other related industries.
  • Minimum of 10 years leading product management teams in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Prior success building and executing product roadmaps for technology capabilities at an international business.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations.
  • You're a strong leader with a competitive edge who can inspire, influence, build talent collaborate, and provide direction in a complex space that breeds results.
  • You have a strong ability to work with engineering teams to go deep into technical concepts, make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks, evaluate alternative approaches and make critical prioritization decisions.
  • Innate emotional intelligence with a proven ability to navigate complex topics with many stakeholders.
