About the role:
We are looking for a Delivery lead, who would directly interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure timely resolution of all customer issues and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Review project estimates and impact analyses.
- Assess project complexity and allocate appropriate resources.
- Identify and manage project dependencies.
- Oversee offshore-onshore coordination for smooth information exchange and query resolution.
- Execute key project management activities, including planning, work allocation, tracking, status reporting, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with track leads to ensure successful delivery.
- Address and resolve feasibility issues with clients.
- Review change requests to maintain process adherence.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Proven experience leading India-based development and maintenance teams.
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of application development and maintenance projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, management, and technical teams.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams, including performance management, coaching, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Should be comfortable in working with Multi-vendor Landscape.
- Ability to work out of Accenture office or client location (downtown Toronto) in person, 1-2 days per week
Preferred Skills:
- Should at least 1 full cycle of Guidewire Implementation experience.
- Minimum 15 years of Delivery experience in distributed geography delivery.
- Should have worked independently with client for delivering work package.
