What is the opportunity?

In the role of Full Stack Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing solutions and providing SME support for KYC Refresh Portal application including both retail and wholesale systems, digital banking layer. Partner with IT and business partners to lead discussions to assess, research, and analyze business, technical, and system needs to resolve business systems issues, providing technology solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs. Provide support on critical activities and guide junior developers.

What will you do?

  • Work with internal and external teams to understand the requirements to translate requirements into code
  • Provide technical assistances to the BSA's in bridging any between business requirements to technology from an application perspective
  • Estimate the work effort required to design & deliver the requirements provided.
  • Design and build technical solutions, build designs and review with Software lead by modifying existing and building new designs along with code changes on existing and new programs.
  • For each of the completed solution, guide junior developers with deployment activities which involves working with various teams to install the change in production and to ensure that the change is functional
  • Produce detailed documentation which includes creating or updating documents like TDD, Code Review document, Code Review Checklist, Unit Test Results, Deployment Package document, Method of Procedure (MOP)
  • Participate in various project meetings be it all of the Agile ceremonies or various discussions for Hybrid project.
  • Participate level-3 support activities by providing technical assistance to the Production Support team in troubleshooting complex issues. Be part of RCA and QRM meetings to help provide better details on root-cause

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • University or graduate degree in a technical area of study, with a preference in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 5+ years Programming experience (Java, SpringBoot, Angular JS)
  • 1+ year Deployment Experience (Dockers) , Openshift (OCP) is preferred
  • Experience in Database technologies (RDBMS e.g. SQL Server, No-SQL Databases e.g. MongoDB)
  • Agile framework
  • Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Python
  • SRE, Devops
  • OpenShift
