The Source-to-Settle (S2S) Program brings together upstream purchasing needs all the way through settlement (including Intake, Sourcing, Contracting, Third Party Risk Management, Purchasing, Payment and linking to Financial Accounting). S2S objective is to efficiently fulfil the goods and service needs of the organization; maximizing value while ensuring adequate controls are in place. It is a transformative program focused on standardizing and digitizing processes across the bank, rationalizing duplicate systems, and capturing accurate spend data.

Standardized, integrated processes and data will support the Bank's objectives of improved user experience, data driven decision making, expense transparency and effective supplier relationship management. Scope includes execution of continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects to integrate with adjacent process areas (e.g. risk management, service management, IT asset management, contractor management, real estate, legal services management, budgeting and forecasting) and key data sets (e.g. supplier, contract and spend data). The Director will advise on the approach to deliver end-to-end integration, gaining alignment with the other key process and policy owners, with the goal of advancing the S2S roadmap, while ensuring consistency and synergy among the various Bank' processes.

The Director will be responsible for strategic planning, designing, building, and implementing changes across people, process, and technology. The Director will work in collaboration with the Source to Settle Process and Product Owners, Procurement Insights and Analytics, Strategic Supplier Management and Policy and Governance teams to capture data at source and deliver on the reporting and analytics needs of GPS and supported Business Lines. The Director will lead matrix teams - including internal technology and business teams, software vendors, implementation partners and contractors - to execute planned initiatives, working collaboratively across multiple departments and business units to support the overall functional and technology roadmap for Source-to-Settle (S2S) globally.
