What You Will Do

Develops, coordinates, maintains and administers the TTC's Medeco Key Program and liaises with various internal contacts and stakeholders. Ensures adherence to program standards, reviews/evaluates key requests, maintains a key database for both TTC employee's and external contractors/tenants. Conducts annual key audits and maintains key stock. Assists with the implementation of the new Medeco XT Program and assists key coordinators across the TTC with program requirements, administers the electronic keys and maintains the database. Coordinates, maintains and administers TTC's Parking Hanger Tags and Access Cards through the commissions parking program including processing of applications. Liaises with all departmental parking coordinators and ensures all applications and documents are properly completed/signed and maintains the archive of these documents. Assists with other administration duties and tasks and provide back up support as required. Prepares and/or assist with the preparation of correspondence and/or documentation on behalf or the department/section in accordance with department/section standards. Demonstrates behaviours that support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment and helps to remove barriers and accommodate employees and customers (within their area of responsibility) in accordance with TTC's commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC's policies. Participates in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

• Use office technology, software and applications
• Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills to deal with people at various levels
• Ability to recognize problem areas, and develop and implement procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness of various corporate programs and administrative functions
• Create, Document and manage information and records.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

• Completion of post-secondary education in Security and/or Loss Prevention, or the equivalent, and similar or related administrative work experience.
• A detailed understanding of the processes, policies and systems related to industrial security and physical security measures is also preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC and computer software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and databases.
• Good knowledge of business administration concepts, contract administration methods and procedures as well as record keeping principles and practices.
• Good knowledge of research methods and techniques.
