The Team

Our team is responsible for the systems that support Global Finance. We support over 1000 users across the Finance teams in the bank.

The Role

Director, Principal Business Architect - Regulatory Compliance & Governance will support all data, reporting and regulatory platforms across Finance and Risk users.

Accountabilities

• The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders including business partners in Global Finance and risk, business analyst, architecture, and infrastructure and support to understand the regulatory requirements and drive the compliance and design of quality technical solutions that best support our compliance requirements.
• Some of the key accountabilities include:
• Build out the Audit and IT control framework.
• Review management practices, build risk strategies and framework.
• Conduct audits of IT and business systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities and generating audit reports based on findings.
• Work with management to oversee organizational processes, implementation plans and operation of the deployed systems, and promote the organization's strategies and objectives.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Accountable for building out the data and control strategy for finance.

What You Will Bring to Succeed

• Experience in OFSAA FSDF experience.
• Successfully implemented an audit and IT control framework in previous roles.
• Successfully changed processes for process optimization in past experience
• Hands on Experience of Oracle 12C/19C, SQL, PL SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, and Performance tuning.
• Should have worked on sourcing data from multiple source systems.
• Experienced in Data Modeling as well as reverse engineering using tools Erwin, Oracle Designer and MS Visio, SQL server management studio, SSIS and SSRS and store procedure.
• Education Must Have - CA qualification and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certified.
• Working knowledge of OBI, DataStage
