The Catalyst Operations Development Program is your one-stop shop for launching a supercharged and dynamic career in Operations! The world of Operations is fast-paced and ever-changing.
As a Catalyst Associate, you will join as a full-time employee and will complete three rotations within different areas of Global Wealth Management Operations over the 24-month program. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a permanent role where you will leverage your experience and continue to support critical bank operations.
Global Wealth Management Operations (GWMO) provides support on day-to-day operational activities and strategic initiatives for Scotiabank's Canadian wealth management businesses and Canadian and international asset management entities. As a GWMO Catalyst, you will develop your skills in data analytics, project management, and strategy work.
