The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile program management, experience with large-scale data-driven programs, and expertise in facilitating and successfully delivering strategic, and proprietary data products, and complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities across cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget. What will you do?
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Data Monetization program, managing a portfolio of projects; collaborate with stakeholders across data, technology, and business teams to align on priorities and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Establish and manage reporting frameworks to provide visibility into program performance, financials, and risks; act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving a culture of high performance.
Mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to ensure continuous delivery and iterative improvement; implement best practices for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to define program vision, success metrics, and key deliverables; communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Work with Product Owners to prioritize and deliver value-driven outcomes for data monetization initiatives; identify and implement process improvements to reduce go-to-market cycles and enhance operational efficiency.
Drive the adoption of tools and practices that optimize the delivery of data products and services; foster innovation by encouraging teams to explore new methods and technologies to achieve program goals.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire program execution; provide coaching and support team members on Agile and Scrum practices and principles to build a great team culture
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field along with 8+ years of experience in program management, Agile delivery, and Scrum Master roles
Proven experience managing large-scale data programs or data monetization initiatives; expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Strong understanding of data reporting, data analytics
Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word; proficiency with project tracking and planning applications (like JIRA, Confluence, Mural)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Nice To Have:
Masters degree in related discipline
Certification(s): SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI-ACP.
Experience working in financial services, capital markets, or similar industries.
Knowledge of data governance, data commercialization, and strategic partnerships.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and AI/ML-driven initiatives.
