The opportunity
EY has an established industry leading Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Practice. We help clients determine the right deal to do, and then assist them in doing the deal right. We are a growing practice that has the resources to serve any client, anywhere in the world. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in a friendly, collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning. Our team is gender and culturally diverse, and we welcome people from a range of professional backgrounds, who share a passion for infrastructure delivery. We develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients and for our communities.
We advise through the full lifecycle of core infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships across Canada and globally, from strategy, policy and business case development, transactions, ongoing asset management, renewal and disposal. Our work is across asset classes including transportation (e.g., transit, highways, airports), healthcare, environment (e.g., waste), energy, mining, social infrastructure, schools, and municipal facilities. In Toronto you will join a team advising at the forefront of some of the largest and highest profile Canadian and local projects such as the Ontario Line Subway (ON), Ontario's Infrastructure Digital Twin Program (ON), Capital Line Light Rail Transit (AB), VIA High Frequency Rail (ON/QC), Corner Brook Acute Care Hospital (NL), Trillium Health Partners M-Site (ON) and Halifax Heating & Municipal Services Upgrade Project (NS).
Our practice is trusted by public sector ministries and agencies, as well as by private sector bidders, for its expertise in strategy and business case development, commercial and risk advisory, financing, transaction structuring, modeling and management of procurement processes, as well as for advising through the full infrastructure lifecycle. We are regularly named by our industry peers as Infrastructure Financial Advisor of the Year in Canada and the Americas.
