We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Analyst, ERP within the Network Demand Management team. Reporting to the Manager, Network Demand Management the successful candidate will be accountable for managing the stock levels of Rogers Network materials across our warehouses. The successful candidate must have proficient analytical skills and can adapt to a constantly changing workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicate with the regional warehouses and Project Coordinators to ensure that the right inventory is at the right place, at the right time.

  • Analyze historical inventory demand and create and maintain forecasts in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules for the regional warehouses.

  • Act as the liaison between Demand Management, Project Coordinators, Supporting Vendors, and regional warehouses.

  • Prepare Excel reports as needed, including charts, summaries, and presentations for management.

  • Help implement new processes when issues arise.

  • Various other duties as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • Have a post-secondary education in supply chain management

  • 2 years related work experience in demand management.

  • You consider yourself a "data" person, show pride in your ability to produce accurate information, and are able to design professionally formatted reports and summaries.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Additional experience with Alteryx and PowerBI is preferred.

  • You enjoy taking on new challenges outside your comfort zone, as well as those daily repetitive tasks that require careful attention.

  • Ability to write clear and professional communication to a wide audience.

  • You have an aptitude and interest in learning ERP Systems, technical concepts, and operational processes.

  • Work independently, as well as part of a team to meet deadlines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

  • You succeed in a fast-changing environment and respond well to changing priorities.

  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity.
