YOUR IMPACT:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Product Owner with interest in Software Development, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Content Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of product initiatives within our Agile framework. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Define and Prioritize the Product Backlog

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Ensure backlog items align with business goals and Agile best practices.

Bridge Business and Development Teams

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Drive Agile Adoption

• Support the transition from Waterfall to Agile by promoting iterative development and feedback loops.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to reinforce Agile best practices.

Define the Product Vision and Roadmap

• Develop and communicate a roadmap that guides incremental product development.
• Understand the unique challenges of digital content workflows, metadata management, and integrations with CMS platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

• Regularly engage with content teams, marketing, IT, and other business units to understand their needs.
• Provide frequent updates on product development progress and gather feedback.
• Remove roadblocks and clarify requirements when necessary.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Experience: Extensive experience using Agile principles to deliver Enterprise Applications within a Software Development ecosystem. At least 4 years in a Product Owner capacity
• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and their application within the frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), SCRUM or KANBAN
• Software Development experience: Prior experience with SDLC implementations
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Certifications: Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner), are highly desirable.
