As a SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Lead, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and deliver reports that enable data-driven decision-making across HR functions. In this role, you will actively identify and pursue innovative opportunities/approaches to create and deliver (internal and external) client value. You'll ensure that your team's work is innovative and brings value, leveraging Accenture's offerings and best practices to all engagements. You will synthesize complex information to identify trends and potential issues and quickly isolate root causes, demonstrating comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty while adapting to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of SAP SuccessFactors reports, including using People Stories.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of reporting tools within SuccessFactors to meet client and project needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across multiple modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.) to deliver meaningful insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, including the development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting automation.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and end-users on report generation, interpretation, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies in all reporting processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors reporting, staying up-to-date on new features, enhancements, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings, leveraging your expertise to win new projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, configuration, and customizations to meet the client's HR transformation goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors trends, releases, and innovations to ensure the adoption of the latest features and capabilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Employee Central.
  • Experience leading full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors People Stories or prior SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Ad Hoc or Canvas.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates awareness of the different ways individuals relate to change and provides the appropriate support and guidance
  • Provides guidance and direction that is in the client's (internal and external) best interest, ensuring client-centric solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or equivalent, HR, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more modules (Employee Central preferred).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors , which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in selected locations.

Annual Salary Range: $73,300 to $155,000
