As the Reporting Lead on our Digital Strategy team, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making across global marketing at TELUS Health. You'll lead our efforts in developing comprehensive reporting frameworks, analyzing key performance indicators, and translating complex data into actionable insights. Together, we'll optimize our marketing and digital strategies, improve our products and services and ultimately enhance health outcomes for our customers worldwide.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a robust reporting framework, aligning with TELUS Health's business objectives
  • Design and create dashboards, reports and visualizations that provide clear insights into our digital and campaign performance across various channels and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business value
  • Lead the analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities for optimization
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes, methodologies and best practices, introducing automation of repetitive tasks
  • Implement and manage data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools, technologies and industry trends
  • Mentor and guide team members in data analysis and reporting techniques
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications


What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or STEM-related fields
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, business intelligence or marketing analytics
  • Strong proficiency marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and familiarity with funnel management
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM
  • Excellent skills in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable insights and meaningful business recommendations
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
