Senior 2D Scene Set-up
We're looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Scene Setup Artists to join our team on a fast paced, action-packed adult animation production! This role focuses on strong artistic eye, in-depth understanding of Harmony ToonBoom and reliable communication skills. A collaborative mindset will help in making this show standout for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
- Is present & engaged with the Production team and department heads.
- Quick to ask for feedback so you can adjust to need of the teams
- Demonstrates a strong eye for details based on the information for each episode
- Takes initiative to communicate with their supervisor and team
- Mindful of deadlines and expectations
- Adaptable to new tools, scripts and processes
- Reads notes, breakdowns, storyboards, other documents available per production
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of set-up experience.
- Demonstrate that they are consistently present & solution focused as a team member
- Strong Harmony experience
- Ability to interpret and transform concepts into compelling and dynamic visual display of wonder
About the Project: This is a temporary contract position on an adult-themed, action-packed animated production. You'll be part of a passionate, creative team working to deliver bold, exciting FX to hit home the dynamic storytelling. Deadlines are hard locked and working as a team is key in meeting those deadlines. Currently we are only considering applicants who reside in Ontario.
