We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Producer to lead the development and production of 2D adult animation projects. The Producer role involves direct client interaction and collaboration with team members across all levels and departments, playing a vital role in fostering and maintaining a positive and collaborative company culture.


The ideal candidate should have a strong background in animation production, exceptional organizational skills, and work autonomously while maintaining a drive-forward approach. They should have a deep understanding of the unique demands and creative processes involved in adult animation as well as good relationships and reputation with stakeholders in the animation industry. This role involves overseeing all aspects of production, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


The Producer will oversee multiple productions concurrently, handling projects of varying scopes and complexities. This role is crucial in fostering collaboration, anticipating and addressing potential challenges with diplomatic resolution, and driving innovative solutions. The Producer will manage all activities related to assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and production process for our 2D adult animation projects.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the studio and the network, ensuring clear and effective communication between both parties.
  • Proactively identify obstacles and communicate complex logistical and/or creative concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align all internal and external stakeholders with respect to creative and production management goals. Present and run creative discovery and alignment workshops using in-house processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with production management to develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Manage client projects as needed, from development to completion, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results that align with the client's vision and goals.
  • Exhibit flexibility in adjusting and reassessing priorities as circumstances change.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with production management and accounting groups in the creation and management of production budgets.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of artists, writers, and technical staff.
  • Proactively address and resolve any production issues or conflicts that arise to avoid bottlenecks that will impact production.
  • Cast and assign talent based on the specific needs of the production.
  • Collaborate with directors, writers, and creative teams to develop and refine project concepts and scripts.
  • Shepherd the creative vision throughout the production process.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the creative team to enhance the quality of the final product.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in animation production, with at least 3 years in a producer role specifically in 2D adult animation.
  • Proven track record of managing successful animation projects from concept to completion.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with talent, including writers, directors, and producers.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both creative and administrative groups.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Education:

  • Bacheor's degree in Animation, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
