Are you a skilled technical leader passionate about driving innovation in Cloud RAN software development? We are seeking an experienced and transformative Feature Integration and Test Line Manager to lead our efforts in designing and delivering innovative 5G RAN features on Cloud Platform. As a Line Manager for vDU Feature Integration Test team, you will:
- Lead the Team: Lead and develop a team of integrators, setting goals and providing support for their professional growth.
- Develop Testing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to validate new features and integrations.
- Oversee Execution: Supervise the execution of test plans and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth integration.
- Enhance Processes: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate: Work closely and collaborate with program managers, solution package drivers and other teams to address integration challenges and drive quality improvements.

- Be a proven leader with a vision and a can-do attitude to make things happen!
- Have a passion for identifying new ways of working (Lean, Agile & Beyond), organizing, and driving R&D efficiency.

- Knowledge about cloud-native development and a proven ability to interact with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
You will bring:
- Education: Degree / post-graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Domain experience: Experience in developing 4G / 5G RAN features with strong focus in test and integration area
