Do you crave creating a world class software? In Continuous Integration Production (CIP), we treat software like a commodity being produced on an assembly line. We have thousands of software developers contributing from all over the world!

We are accepting applications from new grads to senior candidates to join our DevOps team and we have multiple positions available. With mandates to improve Continuous Integration and Delivery for our RAN products, you will be working with world class tools and cloud-based technologies to keep Ericsson at the forefront.


Our preferred candidate will have a tinkering mindset, be comfortable with Linux development environments, and not afraid to dig deep into problems.


You will

  • Continuously analyze CI pipelines, identify and report issues
  • Perform troubleshooting to classify flow impacting problems
  • Drive critical issues to timely resolution
  • Provide internal customer support
  • Work on improvements for tools and processes
  • Develop competence within the technical domain

To be successful in the role you must have

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration, Delivery platforms and Software engineering practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous use of Git/Gerrit/Jenkins/Jira experience
  • Knowledge in Linux and scripting (ex: bash/perl/groovy)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Be highly proactive, reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem solving and initiatives for improvements.


Bonus experience:

  • Product development knowledge
  • Telecommunications knowledge including test equipment configurations
  • RAN knowledge, Cloud Native Competence
