Our team is responsible for analytics implementation across our digital assets at TELUS. Our team has created the global data standards that we used to collect customer interaction data across TELUS and Koodo. We are looking for an Analytics Implementation Specialist for our team. In this role you will develop technical specifications adhering to Global Standards for analytics implementation, while offering guidance and best practices to cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible to conduct quality assurance and monitor analytics to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Lastly, you will manage data by creating new variables and mapping them in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) supporting comprehensive analytics capabilities.
