About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are looking for a passionate and innovative Algorithm Developer to join our team to contribute to Ericsson ASIC Development and Support Radio Product development teams. Candidates can expect a hands-on technical role where there is an opportunity to influence the Algorithm of the future. Job will include working with development of sub-system algorithms and combine it with machine learning capabilities. The work be related to signal conditioning and removal of distortion in Power Amplifiers. This job will also include close collaboration with PA HW team and Radio product development team.

What you will do:
- Develop and optimize DSP algorithms for areas such as Digital Predistortion (DPD), Crest Factor Reduction (CFR), Digital Filter Design and similar areas.
- Perform experiments to assess the performance and effectiveness of algorithms.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems in wireless communication systems.
- Analyze and process large sets of structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into production systems.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in machine learning and DSP technologies.
- Document algorithm design and development processes, including creating technical reports and presentations.
The skills you bring:
- Education: MS in areas of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
- Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing
- Background in Machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Experience in Python and MATLAB
- Radio frequency lab experience
- Innovative, adaptable, and collaborative
Additional qualifications a plus:
- PhD in areas of signal processing
- Acquainted with wireless standards such as LTE, NR etc.
- Publications in DPD, CFR, I/Q imbalance in prestigious journals.
- Knowledge of C/C++,
- Knowledge in areas of: RF System Design, ASIC/FPGA Design.
