We are seeking an Algorithm Developer to join our highly talented team of Algorithm experts to contribute to Ericsson ASIC Development and Support Radio Product development teams. . This engaging role involves innovation, systemization, development, testing and verification of the designed algorithms Candidates can expect a hands-on technical role where there is an opportunity to influence the Algorithm of the future. As part of your role, you will be tasked with a variety of development undertakings such as requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, tools design, and product documentation support, to name a few.

What you will do

  • Innovate new algorithms to improve Ericsson's Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD) and CFR implementation in its Radio Products

  • Design the Algorithm solution, build hardware prototypes and deliver software

  • Perform Lab experiments to assess the performance and effectiveness of algorithms.

  • Support the algorithms development team with your skills in FPGA

  • Support the PA team with your DPD algorithm knowledge

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into products.

  • Document algorithm design and development processes, including creating technical reports and presentations.

Skills you bring

  • 3+ years of experience as algorithm developer

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital pre-distortion(DPD), concept & practice and CFR

  • Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing

  • FPGA coding of complex algorithms

  • Experience in Python and MATLAB

  • Radio frequency lab experience

  • Innovative, creative, adaptable, and collaborative
