Job Description:
The Event and Performance Management (EPM) team focuses on enhancing the operational efficiency and reliability of digital interactions within Sun Life's enterprise ecosystem. Our discipline covers the oversight and enhancement of system availability, performance, and reliability as they interface with both human end-users and automated processes. Through continuous improvement, innovative problem-solving, and collaborative efforts across departments, we strive to develop cutting-edge strategies that maximize Sun Life's value proposition. Our mission is to persistently elevate the quality and efficiency of all digital entities engaging with our applications and services.
The Delivery Lead will take on the Scrum of Scrums responsibility within EPM, utilizing scaled agile methodologies to coordinate multiple teams working collaboratively on complex solutions. This role focuses on enhancing the development and delivery of sophisticated products across teams by emphasizing transparency, regular assessment, and adaptability at a larger scale. In addition to monitoring overall delivery progress across all teams, the Delivery Lead will be responsible for orchestrating communication channels both between teams and with external stakeholders.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
