Our high-performing TELUS Retail Support team is seeking a technical expert to join our ranks. We're committed to leveraging state-of-the-art technology to create seamless, efficient, and memorable interactions for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, respond to, and resolve both client problems and requests, ensuring a high level of system availability and client satisfaction
  • Configure end-user hardware, manage inventory, and arrange shipping
  • Participate in team collaboration to build new processes and improve existing ones to save time, lower costs, and remove roadblocks
  • Become a support SME for technologies that enable TELUS' retail presence
  • Provide after-hours troubleshooting or testing of systems when required

What you bring

  • Proficient in MS Windows 10 SCCM client and tools, and Active Directory (3+ years experience)
  • Hand-on experience with MS Windows 11 (1+ years)
  • Experienced with networking concepts and possess a solid knowledge of Cisco iOS
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform technologies and Google Workspace tools.
  • Recognized for your exceptional customer service skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Valued for your ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Able to adapt quickly to new technologies

Great-to-haves

  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Previous experience supporting a retail environment
  • Cisco certification
