Job Summary

We are seeking a data and process-driven Senior Sales Operations Specialist to enhance our unique sales process and drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and workflow, developing documentation, enabling the sales team with technology, and ensuring data integrity to support our sales team's effectiveness. Now, if you were to come on board as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Assist in the design, document and implementation of sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
  • Sales Tech Management: Contribute to the development of Salesforce CRM to ensure the system meet the needs of the business. Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as necessary.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Maintain high levels of data quality in the system by conducting regular data cleanup and troubleshooting any discrepancies. Generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Sales Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices to maximize productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, growth marketing, product marketing, account management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations, including process improvements and technology implementations.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field;
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience successfully supporting a fast-paced Sales team in sales operations/revenue operations/business operations or related roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong administrator skills with Salesforce Sales Cloud; Basic knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Excel, data interpretation and reporting using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI). Ability to extract insights from data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Natural curiosity, strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Strong project management abilities and high attention to details
  • Obsessed with detail and organized documentation
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and JIRA
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work remotely in a cross-functional, team-based environment
