Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive test strategy for web and mobile -based products
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to ensure that quality standards are met
    • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
    • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of web applications
    • Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues
    • Monitor and track defects and issues, including providing status updates to stakeholders
    • Continuously improve the QA process by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and techniques
    • Supply mentorship and training to QA testers to improve their skills and knowledge
    • Investigate customer complaints and product implementation issues

What We Are Seeking?

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • At least 7 years of experience in web application testing, including manual and automated testing
    • Strong technical skills in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
    • Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience in leading and managing a team of QA testers will be an asset
