Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive test strategy for web and mobile -based products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to ensure that quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of web applications
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Monitor and track defects and issues, including providing status updates to stakeholders
- Continuously improve the QA process by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and techniques
- Supply mentorship and training to QA testers to improve their skills and knowledge
- Investigate customer complaints and product implementation issues
What We Are Seeking?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in web application testing, including manual and automated testing
- Strong technical skills in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
- Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in leading and managing a team of QA testers will be an asset
