Responsibilities:

• Updating TCards for users at the front desk.
• Utilizing access control software to complete physical security requests.
• Updating service now tickets for UTM community members.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience to this position.
• Good Computer Skills.
• MS Office experience : Excel, Word and Outlook - Intermediate level
• Excellent customer service Skills.
• Team player.

Contract length:

• Start date: March 3, 2025
• End date: March 31, 2025
