Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Sales Analyst, we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Quickly gain a firm understanding of the sales funnel process.
- Create and develop comprehensive regular sales reports including CRM.
- Compile, analyze, and report sales data.
- Develop and provide analytic support to the sales leadership team.
- Partner with finance and operations to develop fact base and aligned recommendations.
- Provide actionable insights to guide the sales teams.
- Deliver objective, fact-based, value-added analysis.
- Track and analyze pre and post RFP, pitches, and win rates.
- Leverage insights and make recommendations on future pitches.
- Support the creation of prospecting lists, halo maps and other data necessary for intentional and data-influenced pipeline development.
- Support the collection, organization, and communication of competitive information.
- Research and collect competitive industry insights, customer, and market trends.
- Perform research on new and existing market verticals and provide analysis and insights for targeted sales strategies.
- Support the creation of targeted selling campaigns based on derived market insights and reports.
- Manage market and opportunity data bases.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and insights on general business questions.
- Work closely with cross functional departments such as Finance, Operations, and Business Transformation.

- Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years' experience analysis experience.
- Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge - MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft CRM & Dynamics 365 is an asset.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is an asset.
- Proven strategic thinking skills - ability to understand market performance, translate insights into opportunities, and develop clear recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence.
- High attention to detail.
- Collaborative, accountable, and passionate team player that takes initiative.
