Job Summary

We're seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll focus on the Business & Industry, Healthcare, and Higher Education markets. Your role involves supporting Product and Sales teams in creating and evolving new technology solutions, and providing stakeholders with the necessary narratives and assets to achieve revenue, adoption, and satisfaction metrics. Responsibilities include driving successful product launches, managing product literature and assets, training sales and business transformation teams, and collaborating with Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure effective internal and external messaging.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Product Marketing Manager, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Plan, develop, and distribute new product launch marketing materials
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define launch activities and communicate features in non-technical terms
  • Coordinate planning, manage timelines, track performance, and conduct post-launch reviews
  • Develop briefs, collaborate with partners, approve, and distribute assets; retire outdated materials
  • Execute product marketing projects and promotions with Sector and Demand marketing teams
  • Manage marketing elements of long-term product lifecycle and tactical initiatives
  • Attend site visits, interview clients, and understand operator needs
  • Review campaign results, provide recommendations, and report key metrics
  • Build connections with Sales, competitive intelligence, implementation, delivery, and care teams to improve client and operator experience
  • Execute product marketing tasks including research, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, pricing, content creation, and go-to-market positioning

  • Mandatory: At least 2 years of proven product marketing experience, either in a Product Marketing role or closely with a Product Marketing team.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation: Exceptional public speaking skills, able to convey messages clearly to various audiences.
  • Flexibility: Ability to manage varying priorities and workloads effectively.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel, especially to the US, for training, installations, and site visits.
  • Tools: Comfortable using G Suite and Microsoft solutions.
  • Bilingualism: Fluent in French and English is an asset.
  • Tech Experience: Experience in a tech company positioning software solutions is a plus.
  • Kitchen Experience: Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen, like a restaurant, is an extra advantage.
