Integration Analyst (CAN-O)

As an Integration Analyst at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge solutions and business systems integration transactions. You will analyze requirements, define solutions, and design, build, test, and implement integration solutions that exceed customer and internal business partner expectations. Your Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Analyze customer and business partner requirements to define and design effective integration solutions.
  • Implement and support electronic data interchange (EDI), API integrations, and other data exchange methods.
  • Develop and deliver system demonstrations and estimates for customer RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
  • Contribute to project planning and administration, including estimating analytical tasks and tracking staffing levels against project plans.
  • Apply system development methodologies to facilitate all phases of the system life cycle, including design, construction, and testing.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports to team leaders, senior management, and other project leaders, and may act as a project leader on internal initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in IT similar flied or equivalent experience, required
  • Master's degree in a business, IT or related field, preferred
  • 3+ years experience in an IT environment, required
  • Minimum 3 years EDI experience with progressive responsibility as an EDI Analyst / Developer, preferred
  • Experience with EDI analysis, design and development experience in the implementation and support of integration projects, required
  • Experience in the use of EDI translation software tools, required
