You as an Infrastructure (IT) Manager, Managed Services, will:

  • Support systems and applications with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility

  • Defines improvements increased system reliability and performance

  • Participate in short- and long-term project efforts with stakeholders and IT groups

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes

  • Work with Engineers, Vendors, and Architects when issues appear systemic or cannot be resolved

  • Develop new alerts and monitoring techniques based on engineering requirements · Develop scripted solutions and automation. · Ensure documentation is developed and maintained

  • Managing IT staff by overseeing, recruiting, and training employees

  • Analyzing the IT budget and maintaining cost-effectiveness

  • Monitoring daily performance of infrastructure systems, including computers, applications and networks

  • Troubleshooting problems and increasing overall efficiency

  • Developing data backup systems and disaster recovery contingencies

  • Staying up to date with new IT developments in the industry

Is this role right for you?

  • Minimum of 5 years of previous related experience required.

  • Expertise with Network, Virtualization, Storage administration

  • Cisco experience is required

  • 2-year diploma or degree an IT related program

  • Certified in Cisco such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE

  • Must be available to work in office 5 days/week
