Your future role

• Actively participate in the deployment and implementation of Dayforce
• Gather business requirements and contribute to configuration activities
• Be responsible for the security roles management model and access management
• Develop test scripts related to role management and assignment
• Participate in the maintenance and evolution of the solution
• Define a role assignment matrix and associated access (CRUD)
• Implement an audit mechanism related to role management
• Provide technical support to users to ensure proper use
• Understand and analyze client needs, translate them into technical requirements, and simplify the information
• Participate in impact analysis and organizational change management
• Document developed solutions and ensured regular and rigorous follow-up
• Analyze needs and processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Perform various system updates

Required skills

• University degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or related field
• Five to seven years of experience in the field
• Proven experience in data manipulation
• Ability to build trust with people and communicate effectively
• Mastery of Dayforce
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• French is an asset
