Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for the Head of Market Area Europe, Middle East & Africa - Ericsson Antenna System and you will be part of our Leadership Team. You will report directly to our Head of EAS into the headquarter Rosenheim, Germany. Through strategic & critical thinking, business development, drive sales growth and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson. This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers' business, the market, operations and objectives. You will be responsible for the EAS business in the Europe, Middle East & Africa market with profit and loss responsibility and customer contribution. We are searching for an ambitious and strong leader for one of our main markets, that will act confident and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making our customers successful.
You will be responsible for
• Take the accountability to drive sales growth, increase our Market Share and build a high performing sales team
• Have the profit and loss responsibility for the product lines mobile communication Antenna and Antenna Line Devices in the region
• Manage the sales territory of Europe, Middle East & Africa for EAS including business development
• Establish co-operations and partnerships with customers to fuel strategic regional growth
• Collaborate and work together with Market Area domain organization and customer units
• Conduct annual business planning and target setting
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Strong experience in the telecommunications industry
• 4-7 years of experience in an international leadership position
• Extensive experience in handling of large accounts with a global / multi-national customer base
• Customer Focus, combined with strong business acumen and technical know-how
• Proven track record in customer facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, distinctive ability to interact with all levels of management, clients and suppliers as well as employees and corporate headquarters
• Exhibited strong leadership, ability to empower, leading culturally diverse teams and individuals
• We are a global team and cultural awareness is key
