As a Coordinator, Business Assurance & Transformation you will:

  • Work with massive amounts of information to create reports using data from multiple sources.
  • Perform tests to confirm the reliability, and functionality of system updates and improvement, evaluating processes and suggesting tailored solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of any system that captures data and is used for reporting.
  • Provide solutions in written technical reports provided promptly meeting contractual obligations with our clients.
  • Provide updates through quarterly and annual meetings to clients and stakeholders in which report results are presented.
  • Learn about energy metering infrastructure in multiple facilities supported by the team and do data auditing and follow-up on outstanding items until getting a resolution.
  • Collect data from multiple systems (BAS, BMS, EMS, etc.) to plug this into reports later for delivery to external clients.
  • Participate in discussions related to energy, its use, and possible solutions to any arisen situation.
  • Be able to start and end business intelligence initiatives to work with data and provide feasible solutions through reports to help executives make proper decisions.
  • Support the data collection and analysis for all quality requirements from the clients.
  • Support all internal and external clients with analytic data and/or templates for reports that are needed on a recurrent base.
  • Be able to identify when there is a deficiency in the business and determine multiple ways to propose improvement solutions.
  • Support all internal and external clients with analytic data and/or templates for reports that are needed on a recurrent base, offering guidance on information systems strategy as applicable.
  • Liaise between departments to accomplish data-engineered reporting views with the appropriate requirements for the Operations Team review.
  • Automate workflows to create more efficient ways for reporting and analysis to be distributed among multiple clients and end users.
  • Validate the accuracy of the data being recorded and being worked in the department for decision-making purposes.
  • Create documentation required for new projects and processes implemented within the business stream.
  • Be part of energy modeling data collection on an annual basis for multiple clients and provide support to the party creating the model.
  • Make sure every deliverable is submitted at the contractual time.
  • Support projects in the department as needed.

Is this the right role for you?

  • You have reporting and analytics experience 2+ years.
  • You have proven education or experience in Power BI 1+ years.
  • You are a strong analytical individual.
  • You enjoy working with Microsoft Excel, Google sheet or any other analytic application using:
    • Formulas
    • Macros
    • Power Queries
  • You are familiar with regression analysis enough to interpret the data and explain it.
  • You can easily identify data trends and highlight information from them.
  • You know how to present information in an understandable way - storytelling with a report analysis.
  • You are self-driven and work well in a macro management environment.
  • You can identify anomalies in large amounts of data.
  • You have strong computer skills and are comfortable using MS Windows applications, and financial and maintenance management software.
  • You are very meticulous and pay extreme attention to detail.
  • You can quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to apply various client-specific business processes to individual service request situations.
  • You can gather information, accurately assess issues, and assign priorities.
  • General knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and building/fire code is an asset
  • You demonstrate language proficiency (both verbal and written) in English, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Clear and effective communication skills
  • You can work in an office environment
