To be considered for this competition you must be enrolled in a registered co-op program at a Canadian post-secondary institution, and eligible for a Work Term during the specified period. Students must upload proof of enrolment in a co-op program when completing your application.
As the 311 Intern, you will work closely with our Technical Specialists, Supervisors and the entire 311 team to execute administrative tasks and ensure great customer service in a contact centre environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in contributing their technical skills in Business Administration, Data Analysis and Reporting. Through this internship, you will be developing skills required for working at any customer service-driven organization, especially within a technical discipline.
