The Business Intelligence team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives in diving into large datasets and enabling data-driven business decisions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, the BI analyst will lead analytics efforts to enable sales and improve customer retention.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business intelligence and data analytics including technical skills in SQL, Power BI (or Tableau or MicroStrategy), Alteryx and an interest in predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs, and deliver reporting and dashboards that add business value
• Support new customer acquisition and base management campaigns through customer list creation, and analyze results post campaign launch
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and accuracy across all processes and reports
• Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights from data to stakeholders
• Build predictive models that enable smart business decisions and drive improvements in sales performance, customer retention and overall revenue generation

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Computational Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of experience in Analytics field
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI or other). Prior experience in Python/R is an assest.
• A keen interest in Advanced analytics with an aptitude for continuous learning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
