We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us drive growth by starting new relationships with IT professionals at Enterprise organizations.

What you will be responsible for:

Prospecting and Outreach

  • Identify and research potential customers within the Global 5000 to prospect and engage.
  • Use multi-channel prospecting and outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, video messages, introductions via channel partners, events, direct mail, samples, and referrals to engage target contacts.
  • Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling strategies to engage and nurture target contacts.
  • Personalize outreach efforts to increase response rates and engagement.

Lead Qualification & Discovery Meeting Generation

  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points and business needs.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule discovery meetings with relevant Sales or Customer Success representatives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for discovery meetings booked.
  • Track and report on progress to ensure high conversion rates from lead to opportunity.

Technology & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Dynamics), tracking all interactions, activities, and follow-ups.
  • Leverage sales automation tools and AI-driven analytics to improve prospecting efficiency and optimize outreach effectiveness.
  • Analyze prospecting and lead conversion data to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and potential areas for improvement in messaging and sales collateral.
  • Participate in training and professional development to continuously enhance prospecting and sales skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities while ensuring high-quality engagement.
  • Comfortable in the face of challenges, and persistent in driving meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams to align prospecting efforts with company goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with outbound cold calling and multi-channel prospecting preferred
