What you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and reporting key business metrics to evaluate strategy success.
  • Providing insights for strategic improvements.
  • Working with various teams to ensure strategy adjustments are communicated effectively.
  • Using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Building data models and providing summary statistics using analytics tools.
  • Learning and using BI software for reporting and visualizations.
  • Supporting business information needs through collaboration.
  • Clearly presenting summary outputs to all organizational levels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with large data sets.
  • Experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Power Query and Power BI.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate level Python or R.
  • Intermediate level SQL.
  • Proficiency in cleaning, compiling, and mining large data sets, and creating reports.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to organize and understand complex data.
  • Adept at creating queries, reporting, summarizing and presenting findings.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate analytic results in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Quick learner, passionate about continuous learning and improvement, consistently seeking ways to streamline and automate their tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Analytics.
