Our head office in Kingsville, ON is currently seeking a Greenhouse Systems Administrator. The essential function of this role is to oversee and maintain the greenhouse data systems. This includes preparing and editing key communications, validating BI reports, resolving data discrepancies, and fostering collaboration across teams while consistently delivering timely, accurate insights that drive operational efficiency and support organizational growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations
  • Oversee and maintain the data & usage of our Farms CMMS systems
  • Assist with Bi report data validation
  • Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and assist teams in correcting the root cause
  • Export and help oversee trial data at our farms
  • Prepare and review expense reports
  • Form relationships with internal staff on all levels
  • Attend meetings, take dictation and record minutes accurately; follow up on action items as needed
  • Performs miscellaneous projects and clerical work that is assigned
  • Learn and become familiar with our farm systems, processes and data collection
  • Assist in standardizing, upgrading or implementing farm systems.

Education/Background Requirements:

  • Background in analytics or post-secondary diploma/degree in related field

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to fully articulate the numbers and the story behind the numbers.
  • Ability to think analytically from varying perspectives and overcome obstacles creatively.
  • Ability to build working relationships
  • Ability to negotiate and avoid conflict.
  • Proficient with Bi, SQL or Microsoft VBA.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Must be willing and able to travel locally and internationally
  • Must maintain a valid passport (ability to obtain US Visa if needed)
  • Ability to hold people accountable to timelines and deliverables
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Working Conditions:
  • Mix between office environment and greenhouse environment.
  • May periodically travel to visit locations in USA and Canada.
  • Hours of work may fluctuate depending on operational needs and projects
  • Weekend work required
