  • Be available for consulting and support initiatives, including after business hours as needed. This may include assisting support queue staff, working on implementation projects or support cases, or responding to emergency escalations.
  • Participate in routine stand-up meetings with the systems administration team.
  • Track and record all time usage in the company Timekeep software. Submit requests for new project codes to the Timekeep administrator, an LT member, or senior management.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and change priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Maintain positive, constructive relationships that promote company culture and service quality.
  • Continue research and development of next-generation Standard Operating Environment (SOE) virtual machine appliances, including documentation and training for operations staff.
  • Maintain the company Entropy broker, NTP service, and other internal platforms and solutions you have been involved with.
  • Complete server audits of clients' non-Clearcable server inventory as needed.
