The Artificial Intelligence Specialist plays a pivotal role in our global team, implementing our own AI product and leveraging existing AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our products and services. This role not only involves technical expertise but also requires a deep understanding of business needs to translate complex data into clear, impactful visual narratives.

This position is part of the Global IT Team servicing SCIEX, Molecular Devices, and the Life Sciences Platform.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, manage, design, develop, and implemen end-to-end AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of AI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and workflows.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI and machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft AI tools and platforms such as Azure AI Studio, Copilot Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework.
