The Sr. IAM Cyber Security Advisor will be responsible for the strategy, processes, and governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) across Rogers, with a specific focus on Privilege Access Management (PAM). This role provides an opportunity to streamline, standardize, and create lifecycle management processes, implement and customize IAM solutions based on Rogers' needs for both Corporate and Customer access, and optimize and secure Rogers' systems.

We are open to hire for our Calgary or Greater Toronto Area Location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document strategic capabilities to provide secure and standardized IAM solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of IAM services, including Privilege Access Management
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop processes and tools to optimize access within Rogers.
  • Effectively communicate information security risks to a diverse audience, from technical staff to senior executives.
  • Focus on complex IAM issues and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations.
  • Align Information Security Governance activities with the strategies and plans for Security Architecture and Operations.
  • Evolve the IAM Governance program to keep pace with Rogers' business needs, including growth, acquisitions, and new revenue streams.
  • Contribute to awareness and training initiatives.
  • Evaluate new and innovative solutions to address key strategic drivers.
  • Define and report metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to provide a meaningful state of IAM at Rogers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 2 years focused on Privilege Access Management.
  • Strong understanding of IAM capabilities, including Authentication/Authorization, IAM Provisioning tools and processes, Role Engineering and Maintenance, Federation, Strong/Risk-Based authentication, and request and approval workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
