The successful candidate will join a high-performing team of Solution Sales professionals responsible for delivering results by building integrated solutions for Rogers Business customers. The Solution Specialist has a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and a strong ability to understand and meet customer needs. What you will be doing:
Provide pre-sales technical advisory services to Sales teams.
Leverage your knowledge of Rogers Fixed Network and Business Productivity Solutions to win business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Engage and interact with other Solution Architects, Account Executives and their clients to understand business challenges and recommend Rogers Business Products to meet their needs.
Utilize Salesforce to generate service proposals, track sales activities, and manage sales opportunities through to customer signature.
Utilize internal systems to complete administrative tasks and required technical supporting documentation for sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer transitions smoothly from sales process to Operations teams.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Generate accurate sales forecasts and funnel reports for management review.
What you will bring:
Minimum of 3 years of B2B solutions sales success.
Post-secondary education in Business, Technical Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge and experience with Fixed Network and Business Productivity Solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop, foster and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivation and enthusiasm with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
