Position Overview


As the Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our products. This role focuses on driving product awareness, market differentiation, and adoption to accelerate growth across new and existing customer segments. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful messaging, enable sales teams, and bring products to market effectively. Your mission will be to ensure our products resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This strategic position requires a blend of market and customer insights, product knowledge, and strong execution capabilities. As a PMM, you will help shape our market presence and ensure our solutions are positioned to solve key customer challenges while driving demand and adoption.


Responsibilities


  • Product GTM Strategy
    • Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches, updates, and key initiatives to drive market penetration and customer adoption.
    • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market and align with customer needs.
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define launch plans, timelines, and success metrics for new product initiatives.
    • Define and report on campaign and product performance metrics
    • Craft cross-sell campaigns to promote features and products available to existing customers.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product Management to align on roadmap priorities and bring the voice of the customer into product development.
    • Work closely with Sales and Enablement teams to deliver compelling materials, tools, and training that empower them to communicate product value effectively.
    • Collaborate with Demand Generation to execute integrated campaigns that drive product awareness and lead generation.
    Market & Customer Insights
    • Conduct market research and collaborate with PMM, Competitive Intelligence to understand competitive dynamics, industry trends, and customer pain points.
    • Gather insights from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to refine messaging, positioning, and feature prioritization.
    • Analyze customer adoption data and market performance to inform future strategies and product enhancements.
    Content & Enablement
    • Create and maintain high-impact marketing collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
    • Design and deliver sales enablement materials that highlight product capabilities, benefits, and use cases.
    • Develop customer-facing content to educate, engage, and retain users, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, or a related role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
