Position Summary:

  • Manager, Microsoft 365 Platform role is to oversee the development, implementation, and management of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint and emerging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • This role places a strong emphasis on SharePoint Administration, Microsoft platform cost analysis, and ensuring the efficient and secure operation of the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Ensure best practices are applied in the architecture design, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Platform including Azure, SharePoint, CoPilot and Office 365 services.
  • The decision impacts SE Health compliance with standards, cost optimization, and proper deployment of Microsoft AI tools. The role will set a high standard for implementing Microsoft 365 platform in collaboration with the IT Management team.
  • The role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for SE Health with close coordination with Microsoft and Microsoft vendors.
  • Ensure vendors, integrators and service providers adapt to SE Health Microsoft 365 Platform ecosystem and framework. Regularly consult on latest development and innovations that can improve business processes, streamline operations, and improve overall platform efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Administration:

  • Oversee the architecture, configuration, and administration of SharePoint Online environments.
  • Design and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and permissions to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within SharePoint environments.
  • Provide expertise in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Platform Management:

  • Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Copilot integrations, leveraging AI to improve productivity and workflows.
  • Monitor platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability across all services.
  • Implement governance and best practices to maintain a secure and compliant Microsoft 365 environment.

Microsoft Co-Pilot Integration & AI Adoption:

  • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot to enhance user productivity with AI-driven assistance.
  • Customize Co-Pilot to improve content generation, task automation, and data insights.
  • Educate and train employees on how to leverage Co-Pilot effectively.

365 Platform & Cloud Spend Management:

  • Perform regular cloud cost analysis and reporting to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast and manage budgets for Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Develop strategies to optimize licensing, storage, and compute resources.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions and services.

Collaboration, Support and Training:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams on Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption of SharePoint, Office 365, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of Microsoft 365 initiatives with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in 365 Platform, SharePoint
  • Min. 3 years of experience in SharePoint
  • Min. 1-3 years of experience with Co-pilot
  • Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, Copilot, Azure cloud service etc.
  • Required Certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Preferred Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
