Manager, Enterprise Applications
Mitacs is going through a major enterprise transformation aiming to become more client centric and to review how we operate and deliver value to stakeholders. This initiative also includes a wide digital transformation by modernizing business applications and converging data and processes through technology.
The Manager, Enterprise Applications position plays a significant role in defining how technology is deployed to fulfil this transformation as well as how technology is sustained to keep businesses operational and secure. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and highly motivated leader with a strong hands-on attitude and appetite for continuous learning and improvements in technical areas.
You will be entrusted with the leadership and development of our technical teams, guiding them in the creation and maintenance of robust features within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will also work collaboratively with the Front Office platform lead, business stakeholders, Product
Managers, the Data Platform Manager, IT Security, IT infrastructure teams and external partners.
The right candidate possesses a mix of technical skills and business acumen to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical execution. Mitacs expects this person be highly hands-on joining the team in the day-to-day execution and be able to develop and support new features.
