There are several administrative roles needed to support the sales and operations teams. We have an immediate need for a Window & Door Sales Administrator at our Kent Metro Operations Centre - Lower Sackville.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders are prepared in a timely fashion
- Be the point of contact for customers and sales team
- Use Pref system to design windows and doors
- Use the latest ERP software system to specialize in the daily administration of customer orders and shipments while communicating with multiple internal departments
- Following proper procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in designing windows and doors an asset
- Able to perform take-offs from house plans for window & door projects
- Should be a team and result-oriented driven person
- Have a strong sense of urgency
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in an administrative role an asset
