We’re currently looking for two (2) Intermediate ServiceNow Analysts to join our expanding ServiceNow Platform team as ServiceNow Administrators, reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Lead. In this role, you will primarily focus on ITSM product suite, while also having responsibilities to support and enhance ITOM, SecOps, SAM, NOW app engine, automation engine and ServiceNow workflow data fabric. You’ll collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, implement platform enhancements, and provide daily platform operational support. As the platform continues to evolve, you’ll help ensure it remains secure, efficient, and aligned with business goals and values. Key elements of this role include:
- Administer and configure ServiceNow foundational platform capabilities, employee center, ITSM product suite (including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, Service Level, Asset, SAM and Knowledge Base).
- Collaborate with ITSMO process owners, IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting the ServiceNow platform, such as configuration errors, integration problems, workflow failures, and performance concerns.
- Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for end users and management.
- Ensure platform security by managing user roles, access controls, and adhering to security best practices.
- Document configurations, changes, and processes to ensure knowledge consistency across teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Stay informed about new ServiceNow features, product roadmap and best practices, recommending platform improvements and drive automation opportunities where appropriate.
These skills will make you successful:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration or a similar role (e.g. other ITSM, ERP, CRM products).
- In-depth, current knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and applications, including Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB and User and Asset Management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience in a similar role within a large organization or enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Exposure to JavaScript and experience building workflows or automation in ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting modules beyond ITSM, such as ITOM, SecOps, or custom applications.
- ITIL 4 or v3.2011 foundation certification
