About MBS Radio:
Maritime Broadcasting System (MBS) Radio is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of IT & Infrastructure to lead their IT and engineering strategies. Radio is evolving rapidly, with exciting innovations in digital streaming, AI-driven content personalization, and interactive technologies, making it one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking industries to be a part of today. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their expanding portfolio, which includes the integration of new radio stations, significant infrastructure upgrades, and ongoing innovation in broadcasting and beyond.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven leader with a passion for technology and its ability to drive business growth. A candidate who is keen to find inefficiencies and seek out the proper software or hardware solutions to improve business operations. If you have a track record in IT and infrastructure leadership, ideally with experience in broadcasting, real estate, or construction, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role:
The Director of IT & Infrastructure will lead the development and execution of MBS Radio’s IT and engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and innovation goals. This role includes managing the IT budget, overseeing the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure, and ensuring 24/7 operational continuity and service uptime for all radio station systems. The director will also implement and strengthen cybersecurity measures, manage multi-project IT and engineering needs across MBS Radio’s broadcasting and affiliated real estate and construction ventures, and lead a high-performing team to drive technological success across the organization. With technology’s growing influence through AI and cybersecurity advancements, the ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, prepared to guide MBS Radio into the future.
