Summary:


We are seeking a Bilingual Search Strategist to bridge the gap between our SEM and SEO efforts, ensuring cohesive strategies across both paid and organic search channels in Canada's French speaking markets. This role is essential in driving our search marketing initiatives in French-speaking markets, where we currently lack internal expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the SEM and SEO teams, aligning strategies to optimize performance across all search-related activities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies tailored to French-speaking markets, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall business goals
  • Provide expert guidance on keyword targeting, content optimization, and ad placement to enhance visibility and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze search performance, delivering actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness in French-language search markets
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketers, product owners, and analysts to integrate French search insights into broader marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French with a deep understanding of the French-speaking market's search behavior and preferences in Canada
  • Proven experience in both SEM and SEO, with a strong track record of success in driving results
  • Knowledge of keyword research and use of keyword research tools (SEM Rush, Ahrefs, MOZ, Keywords Everywhere, Google Adwords)
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication skills in French and English to effectively coordinate and advise cross-functional teams
