What will your typical day look like?

You will take a lead role in delivering Oracle Cloud Financials services with a diverse team of consultants. You will provide innovative ideas to help accelerate client delivery while broadening your own functional skillsets by engaging with your peers. The ideal candidate will bring extensive implementation and post-implementation managed services experience in Oracle Cloud Financial modules. You will have the opportunity to get involved with, contribute and lead initiatives within and across our Oracle Cloud offering and community in Canada.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone who is:

  • 3+ years of Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Expenses, FAH, Tax, Fixed Assets)
  • Experience working on 2 or more Oracle Financials implementations, with at least one complete Oracle Cloud implementation
  • Active Oracle Certifications in one or more of the above modules
  • Experience with ongoing functional and technical support to address any issues or concerns that arise after implementation
  • Understanding of end-to-end Fusion Financials processes. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configuration tools
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address Oracle FIN defect bugs, process improvements and enhancement requests. Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the managed services engagement.
  • Keep all parties informed about progress, challenges, and changes. Assist clients with monthly Oracle ERP releases.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
  • Manages day-to-day support requirements of client's FIN managed services engagements.
  • Participates in thought leadership process and shares functional and industry knowledge and expertise with clients, colleagues and teams
  • Client oriented - ability to work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Author presentations and present findings to clients

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
